5 Stars to the receptionist that takes my call to the nurse that checks me in. They are so sweet and makes you feel welcome. DR Dorothy Milburn is always caring when i come in to see her.
I would rate them higher if I could avoid the front desk. The doctors and nurses in the back have always been nice and courteous but the front staff do not greet you when you come in and you stand at the window forever before they even acknowledge you are here waiting.The front staff are nice... once they actually greet you. Good customer service would be for them to say something like we'll be right with you rather than just letting you stand there all awkward like for several minutes.
Front receptionists are incompetent and rude. Just wanted to drop something off for another person and ended up being an unnecessary 5 minute conversation about the patient and how they cannot do a job that isn’t even their job. Just wanted them to drop off paperwork to a doctor but they reassured me that it couldn’t be done in the time needed. Which is fine but makes me wonder if they are even getting that information to the doctor in timely manner considering the doctor knows the situation. Not a great organized environmen... read more
