Do not go there if at all possible and if your Doctor has another option. They ask you to prepay and once they receive payment from your insurance company, you have to beg to get your money back. I've had a credit balance for 7 weeks with them. Nice profit center they have created holding onto my money and collecting interest. Ridiculous!

My husband had laser eye surgery in mid March at the downtown Memphis location. Renovations were being done, so getting to the right place was a bit challenging. The staff was kind & helpful, even making a fresh pot of coffee around noon for those still in the waiting room. The surgery may have been quick, but the whole process took longer than expected. Shout out to Vickie who wheeled us all the way to the parking garage since it was a maze trying to get back to our car.

Believe, what you experienced from hand's on start to finish patient's physical-well being and medical eye care services are being adherd to here. Oh yeah, amazing performances consistent of staffing crew work here at the Hamilton Eye Institute Surgery Center. In conversation with Assistant, I questioned my eyechart read.
