Their drivers are very rude and unprofessional, a driver was mad and claimed I blocked the drive way when I didn’t I was parked on the side and the drive way was getting blocked but not by me it was blocked by a Toyota, the driver or customer than came into the facility and start yelling saying “ whoever is driving the ambulance truck need to move you’re blocking me” I ignored it because I knew I wasn’t blocking anyone as soon as me and my partner came outside with our patient the drive and customer started being rude my par... read more

I had to write a review for Hamilton. Today is my second time using them and their transportation service is excellent The driver's are very courteous. The phone staff is polite and helpful. I was running late with my appointment and they rescheduled my time for pickup with no problem. They better than Lyft and Uber. Keep up the great work.

Just witnessed one of your drivers almost hit a little kid in front of Sister Marie wellness center, (fitz hospital) in landsdowne. Scum enough for me to type this. on the road not on the phone please. (Red minivan)
