The doctors it seems are good, but... The practice seems more business orientated then patient orientated. They are running late 75 minutes and don't even try to inform you. The doctors schedule patients in without any backup - so it piles up. I was booked at 11:00 and fort in 12:20. I don't know what happens when you booked in for 5pm.....
A huge shout out to Dr Fiona O’Connoll at Hamilton Doctors in Newcastle. The best GP my husband and I have ever experienced. She listens, she probes, she makes sure she understands. She thinks outside the box - making sure small ailments do not accelerate to bigger health problems. My husband has several health issues - and feels so well cared for - with all his medical needs addressed. He has not felt so well, so full of energy in a long time.
