My wife had an appointment today at Hamilton Digital Imaging and was very pleased. The recently renovated clinic is spacious. The receptionist is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The sonographer was also friendly, professional and thorough.
If zero was an option id rate them zero. Avoid this place they are unprofessional and do not know how to do there job especially for musculoskeletal ultrasound. Was told nothing wrong everything normal. Had second ultrasound elsewhere and they found 5 different things wrong. AVOID
Amazing reception staff, very kind and helpful. Service quality is 10/10
The most rude n demoralizing ultrasound tech in all my days
Went there on my GPs recommendation for an xray. Tried a couple of times and no xray tech. Now it’s going to be weeks before they have one! If you don’t offer a service, remove it from your listing so people in pain don’t waste their time. Go somewhere else if you need an xray.
