I had a horrible 19 hours of excruciating pain due to an infected tooth. After spending the night in the ER waiting room I called and asked to use Hamilton Dentist’s emergency services. They got me in in an hour and a half and Dr Wall did a fantastic job of diagnosing the problem quickly before relieving my pain and then discussing my options before spending another hour and a half to remove the infection and save the tooth. I'm not one for reading or leaving recommendations, but I feel with how exceptional this place is it's only right. I had all my top teeth removed and replaced with dentures, Liz and the staff where amazing from start to finnish. there was no judgement on how my teeth where, and very professional kind with everything that was done.... absolutely thrilled. biggest thanks to Liz and everyone who played part... after 15 years of broken crappy teeth I can now smile again...

Had some work done there by a female dentist. The work appears to have turned out to be sub standard, with excess pain and discomfort. After the work was completed the dentist assured me that if I experienced any problems that she will fit me in for a check up. I made an attempt to organise the check up and they were unable to accommodate that for another week or so. I’ve been going to this Dentist for around 10 years! They are family run and the most lovely humans. Their staff are incredible, kind and caring. We feel seen and heard. They go above and beyond for their patients. My children always feel comfortable with the dentist and hygienists, and my kids have big smiles on their faces when they leave. They think going to the dentist is something to look forward to, and get excited for their turn. Highly recommend this practice!
