John P. I have been a patient of the Drs. Vorrias since 1998. Their office has to be one of the cleanest and most beautiful health care facilities I have ever been in. I have always been treated with respect and the utmost compassion in all of my treatment there. I am very pleased with not only the doctors but their kind staff as well.
Vorrias Laura Anne Dds - Hamilton Dentistry is horrible The worst dentist I have ever been too. I owed them a few dollars and I paid it that day. Then I moved shortly after and apparently they kept sending me invoice for the money that I had already paid. Then I was summonsed to court to pay something that I had already two years ago. Not to mention I had to pay for the collectors fee which was 400 dollars plus the 40 dollar court fee. I suggest you stay away from this place or this could happen to you.
Watch your bills! Decent dentists, nice office, but the billing department is a nightmare. They never know what they are doing, and they charge you over and over. A bill would come with a balance, I'd pay it and then get a bill a week later showing an entirely different 'previous' balance and no explanation. Treatment plan estimate was paid in full before services, and then the credit card charged for more than the bill gave credit for. Where did the money go?
