Went to ER in excruciating pain from three herniated discs, a fractured L5 and spinal stenosis. Dr. David Hamilton immediately pegged me as a worthless drug seeker and wanted to make it very clear to me that all I was getting was ibuprofen. Then he left the room and I never saw him again. NO BODY wants to be in the ER. I was already at rock bottom, and to be patronized in such a careless, arrogant and chauvinistic way.... it was disgusting. Dr. Hamilton is a literal fraud. I am being evaluated by an oncologist for probably malignancy. She told me to have my primary, an internal medicine doctor, give me a referral to a surgeon for a biopsy. Both doctors saw and felt the obvious bony lump in my chest and agreed it should be biopsied. Dr. Hamilton patronizingly told me he didn't want to do the biopsy because it would leave a scar. I have had 8 surgeries in the past 2 years. My first surgery was an emergency surgery. When Dr. Hamilton came into my room and said he was taking me to surgery, I was shocked! I was going to surgery, but I think I was in more shock how young Dr. Hamilton appeared to be ! Six surgeries later and possibly another in the near future , I totally trust Dr. Hamilton with my life!
