This is a horrible sewer company. I used to be billed my water and sewer together and my bill would never go above $80. Now my water is like $89 and my sewer $198.75 is a little more than double. They come up with reasons to always have an increase in fees. I sure hope Hamilton County would get rid of them and change things back to how it was. They are just making the poor more poor than they already are. Stay away from any home who do their sewer with Hamilton County WWTA. They are HORRIBLE!

HORRIBLE AND CORRUPT!!!! They overcharge and always have an excuse as to why they are charging the amount. one of their waste pipes busted and all of the raw sewage flooded my house. It took them 3 months to fix the pipe. and would not provide a place for me and my two small kids to stay while we cleaned up the mess ourselves. both my kids got sick during this time and they never cleaned up their hazardous waste. Every bill has more charges than previous month while using less water. They do not take actual readings, they are based only off water usage. Customer service is horrible. Your bill is constantly over due because you do not receive regular monthly Bill's, they are sporadic. Pay what is owed on the bill, they will shut off your water and claim you owe more. Horrible company, constant rate increases, and customer service is the worst in Chattanooga. Extremely rude
