Loved this dental appointment experience, the staff and Dr. Rassam!! It was very much worth the 1hr drive (I live in cumming) Everyone was kind and attentive to me from the front desk girls, the assistants, the hygienist, especially the Dr! I was scheduled as a new patient and I knew I had some work to complete. Thankfully Dr. Rassam was able to see me, do the exam, go over the treatment plan with me and get everything ready to go that same appointment! This place is phenomenal. I have a fear of dentist and when I tell you this place has been the best dentist office I’ve ever experienced in my life. I recommend this place 💯! You will be treated with such compassion, patience, love and respect. I’m so elated that I chose this place for dental work. I promise you will not be disappointed.
Dr. Rassam, Dr Peterson and all the wonderful professionals who work together in this location make these procedures feel well rehearsed(in a good way) and Very efficient as well. I usually dread going to the dentist, but this experience completely changed that. The staff was welcoming and patient, and the dentist was gentle, professional, and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. They truly understand how to work with nervous patients. Easily the best dental visit I have ever had. Highly recommend.
Very low standard of care. This is a patient mill - I addressed this with the Dentist here - she was very rude and took no accountability. Justified the poor level of care by saying that she came in with pain negating the fact that things were worse off when she left and nobody verified the work of the dental assistant Eleven though the assistant herself was concerned that she did it improperly.
