I’m very pleased with the service. As my first time visiting this office, the staff were professional and very friendly. Dr. Paterson is an amazing provider. Very informative on each step of the process, while being as gentle as I’ve ever experienced. No pain! It was a great experience. I highly recommend this provider and office for dental care.
I will preface this review by saying I have an aversion to dental work due to a painful experience many years ago at another dental practice. So when I visited CCSD for the first time, I had some catching up to do. I was extremely pleased with all aspects of this practice, from how proficient the front office is to the knowledge of the dental techs. My dentist is Dr. Paterson and she is remarkable. Yall are awesome!! You made my dental experience amazing!! Everyone at the office is so sweet from the assistants to the doctors! They definitely know what they are doing. They took so much care and time with my teeth and I appreciate it so much!!! Outstanding customer service!!!
Very low standard of care. This is a patient mill - I addressed this with the Dentist here - she was very rude and took no accountability. Justified the poor level of care by saying that she came in with pain negating the fact that things were worse off when she left and nobody verified the work of the dental assistant Eleven though the assistant herself was concerned that she did it improperly. Great place! For someone who does not like going to the dentist, Michelle and the staff go out of their way to help make my visits pleasant. Office is always clean, the dentists and hygienists are friendly and take care of the patients ! I have been a patient of the office for 13 years!
