Today was my first visit. I was very impressed with the whole staff!! Everyone was so very nice and friendly. My special needs brother went also. They were so kind and patient with him. They explained everything in detail to me. And they were constantly making sure we were comfortable and ok. So far o love it!!
My hygienist is always prompt and very courteous. She explains each procedure recommended for each visit after her examination of my teeth. I've never experienced pain after my visit and for this I'm grateful, because my experience in the past with other providers hasn't been so great.
I had a fantastic experience at this clinic from start to finish! The staff are incredibly welcoming, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. The dentist took the time to explain everything thoroughly and answered all my questions with patience and clarity. My treatment was painless, efficient, and the results exceeded my expectations! I genuinely recommend this place!!
I have been receiving excellent dental care from Center For Cosmetic And Sedation Dentistry (BUFORD LOCATION) for years. I walked in yesterday for my six month check-up and learned that my longtime hygienist had relocated out of state and I would be treated by a new person. I had a terrible service. First I have never been turned down for service because of my blood pressure but understand that is your policy. Also if that was the case could I self checked my pressure at the lobby and if not within your range to see me simply send me away vs asking me to pay almost $50 to check my blood pressure. What got me pissed off was I left the facility and I was chased down to pay as if I was a thief for under $50 and as CEO of a company I take offense to that.
