I found the front staff very warm and courteous. Our wait was no longer than I would expect at any medical facility.The medical staff was very professional Dr David Hamaker was very professional and thorough. A professional you feel confident with. Definatly will continue to go there with confidence.
This place is so bad I'm switching drs. The women that answer the phones and most of the medical assistance are rude and act like you are a total waste of time. If they cannot handle working with the public they should find another profession.
Horrible place to get through to. Everytime i am on hold for at least 30 min. only to be able to leave a message on a machine.
I had a wonderful experience. i was a walk in so had to wait, but i had my broken and abscessed wisdom tooth pulled and it was so much better than the man i went to for my first to two. I had not realized how bad he was (which is saying a lot because i walked out of his office throwing up and crying) until now the staff was great, the dentist was great the hygienist was great. I will definitely go back for my last wisdom tooth. And i think i will take my son there as well. Thanks so much!!!
Unprofessional 100% all around
Me and my family have been going to this clinic for 4 months now.....It has been a TOTAL NIGHTMARE from day one.....Please save yourself the headache and go somewhere else....They won't call you back on prescriptions.....Even specialists they've sent us to can not get any answers back when they call there....I can not believe how mismanaged this whole place is from the receptionists..to the nurses and the doctors....We are definitely changing to new doctors.
I will never come here again !!!
If I could give them a ZERO, i would..... I work for a medical office; trying to get a hold of someone at this clinic is very frustrating. I am trying to get prior authorizations for a patient that they referred to us. I have left 6 messages in the last 2 months and no one returns the call. I am trying to help the patient so they will not be responsible for this bill.
Do not go here! The dentists and hygienists are terrible. I got a cleaning, three wisdom teeth pulled here (to afraid to get the last one done there) and three fillings done. Worst cleaning ever. It was fast and not thorough at all. Every tooth they filled is giving me problems now. I can't even eat on one side they worked on anymore. Getting the wisdom teeth pulled was such a traumatic experience for me that I literally cried in the chair. I understand we go here because we are broke, but save up some money and go elsewhere... read more
