Called billing Thursday. Hung after an hour wait. Called Friday morning. Left a message. No response (today is Wednesday). Emailed and received a response. I called the extension and the person I reached said she could not help connect me to the right person and hung up on me. I have not been able to speak to anybody there in the past 5 days
They don't listen to you. Zhanna Berman was my "doctor". Cuts you off when trying to explain the last 3 years of my life post covid, no empathy, so rude, literally the worst doctors appointment i've ever had.

I was wrongfully put on ADHD medicine and later on my physician told me that my psych NP Minela did not have a basis for doing so. This medication led to a manic episode (which I had no previous history of). I lost my job and was unemployed for 6 months after the episode. I was then referred to an intensive outpatient program (IOP). When I got to the program, the Psych NP told me I should have never been referred here and that I should have never been recommended ADHD meds.
