Management is shockingly neglectful and unprofessional (do not recommend) The Hamilton looks great and is wonderfully located, but sadly that’s where the positives end. Mysterious charges on rent, completely ghosted by the community manager here named April. When I asked about mysterious charges, she agreed they weren’t correct and said she’d “reach out to the accountant”. This was over 4 months ago and she never responded to me (and I pinged her multiple times throughout the 4 months to follow up with no response). Edit: Don’t expect your security deposit back. The reviews don’t lie. Great location, safe, and secure. But the elevator doesn’t work and it’s repeatedly been accessibility issue. The 5th floor has an ADA unit and the FOB system is always on the outs, forcing people to take the stairs who use accessibility aids. Hoping it works again by the time I move out so I don’t have to use the stairwell from the top floor. If you don't want to get your security deposit back, move into this apartment building!!!. My husband and I fixed every hole we made in the walls, repainted the apartment, and cleaned before we left. After we moved out, I texted the manager to ask about getting my deposit back (she said I would be getting some money back because the apartment was in great condition).
