Dave Hamill owns the property where I'm executive director, and he's been a great landlord for us during the time I've been here. No nonsense, straight forward. He's on top of necessary maintenance -- frozen pipes or broken air conditioning, and he or his handyman are there right away. They're easy to reach -- always pick up the phone or call me right back. We take responsible care of the property, which I know is appreciated, and in return they seem open to changes and improvements we want to make.
Dave Hamill is the most dishonest person I have ever met in my life, let alone rented from. This is going to be a long review, I actually created his yelp page so I could review him and his business from a first hand account, so strap yourself the f in. We started renting from Hamill in the summer of 2016. My fiance worked for him, so it seemed to be an easy choice.
