One word: incompetent. Dr Hamill misdiagnosed my sight problem. I have macular degeneration and he missed it. He never read my file he didn’t review my health records nor did he return my calls for help with my contact lenses. He fumbled with the computer and clearly doesn’t have the ability to practice in a modern setting
