Very disappointed that the day before my appointment, after I scheduled it a month before, I was told that they couldn't see my son because he was 17. They asked his date of birth when I scheduled the appointment!! Waiting until the last minute to call me to let me know that they had to cancel his appointment and I had to find a new dentist that could sedate him was unprofessional.
