My family has been going to this practice for a few years and although we think the doctor we see is great (Dr. Miller) we can no longer deal with the staff. A few days ago I went for a skin exam and his unfriendly receptionist says the practice was sold and that I need to fill out paper work again, ok no problem. She also says that she needs insurance card and ID. I state that I'm self-pay and that I'll pay the bill as usual. She says rudely that she still needs the insurance card.
