Had an experience that was disappointing. I had a defective floor that Hamernicks had installed. First they would not help me until the builder of my home paid a delinquent bill, that had nothing to do with my floor. This took about a month. Then they said they filed a claim with the Manufacturer. Two months later told me that they mistakenly had not filed the claim. Once all this was done. We worked with John to select new carpeting for our family room. He showed us a number of different options and made recommendations about what would be the best value and quality. He mae the paperwork easy and set up the intstallation with a great carpet installer. John is very knowlegeable and a pleasure to work with.
