The lawyer Tyler Clairingbole lied in court and in court documents to win a default judgement. He purposely mailed documents to wrong addresses so the defendants could not responed on time. He has been under investigation by the court system for his false statements and writings to the court. He may have his license sanctioned or revoked. Be careful when dealing with them because their lies may cause a case may drag on for years.
