Art Hamer cut my hair as California Concept from 1971 till I moved to N Georgia in 2015 where I found another California Concept guy in Blue Ridge Ga. till I moved to Oregon in 2020 to Oregon. Haven't had a decent cut since. California Concept cut and products are in a Class of their Own
Easily accessible...don't have to wait weeks for appt....private rooms w sinks for each stylist..stylist only work on one client at a time which is very nice...my stylist matched my roots perfectly...wasn't shell shocked at register with crazy high pricing...very reasonable prices
