Hamel's is amazing! Extremely patient with my request, bone-in boneless, the weight needed, etc. My Thanksgiving turkey and Beef Wellington were successful and stress-free, largely because of fresh cuts I got from Hamel's. :)
Support your local butcher. Hamels meats makes top-notch pepperoni and jerky. I purchased a variety pack. My personal opinion is it's a little over priced, and is the ONLY reason I give 4 stars. Maybe the price is justified in Cold Lake, but in major urban areas you'll probably find as good product for less. Would I order again? No. Do I regret my purchase? Absolutely not. Just received my order of pepper jerky and Garlic & Herb jerky are wonderful. Tender and perfectly chewy. I highly recommend it. Service was super shipped the same day delivery was flawless. I will recommend it to all my friends. Look for my next order.
