VERY DISRESPECTFUL! I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY OR ISAAC!! Every single time my work has had to call this company— we spoke with a man named Isaac— he was very rude, very condescending, and tried to place all of the blame on me and my coworkers. Our autoclave had worked perfectly fine until it didn’t and when we tried to get it fixed, he did NOT perform the job he said he would and brought it back to us claiming it worked perfectly for him.
