Hamel is amazing! I had my car sent here to have body work done after an accident and they gave it back, good as new. You couldn't even tell there had been any work done to it! The staff is also very nice and very responsive. I highly recommend!
Excellent customer service. I brought my wrangler in to have the clutch replaced. They began work the same day I brought it in. Professionals and they are very knowledgeable. The technician filled me in on every detail of the work he completed. Thanks Hamel Bros.
Absolutely horrible from day one. Rude and incompetent. And as a final f&%k you, they left the steering wheel covered in grease. Can't say enough bad things about this place. They delete any negative posts on their page also. I just posted a picture of the grease/oil all over the steering wheel, of course they deleted it immediately. Person was very rude couldn't take 10 mins to plug a tire never going back there again
Couldn't be better! I just had my jeep in there for the 2nd time in 3 years. The first time was a major accident and the entire front and needed to be replaced. Recently, I just needed a new rear bumper from a minor accident and I had my car done in 2 days! My car was returned freshly washed with additional touch-ups done at no charge. Customer service was great and I highly recommend the shop to anyone needing a repair. All repairs look as if nothing ever happened, very professional quality.
