AEC has been a great experience! I have Medicaid and my provider through Medicaid was accepted by them! Literally 2 eye places I looked up took Medicaid. Had a head injury and was due for an eye checkup. Got my eye looked at and it was around the time to get my eyes re examined since I wear glasses. I get clear and sunglasses. They postponed my appointment when I showed up at the office 10 minutes before my appointment. They said the doctor had logged off and wouldn’t come back on to see me.
I scheduled an appointment for 4:00 PM today using the online booking system on your official website. I arranged my schedule to leave work early and paid for parking in order to arrive 20 minutes prior to my appointment time. Upon arrival, I was informed by the front desk staff that your facility does not actually accept online appointments.
