The opthalmologist is compassionate and knowledgeable. The staff are professional and kind.
I didn’t see the provider I was scheduled to see. I booked an appointment with an Ophthalmologist and I was seen by an Optometrist - Dr. Hill. Dr. Hill didn’t even introduce herself to me, I had to ask her what her name was and what type of doctor she is. Dr. Hill put drops in my eyes without even explaining why. Her bedside manner was beyond poor. I left with no treatment and a referral to be seen by an Ophthalmologist. Avoid this location, if you are looking for professional and kind treatment.
