As for being seen, they did great. But the wait was absolutely horrific. I had an appointment at 11:30, and to be courteous to the staff I showed up at 11. I checked in, and planned on just waiting inside but there was no open seats so I went outside to sit at my vehicle. I was not seen until 1:40pm! I understand staffing might have been low, or they were just too busy, but some type of communication would have been nice as I could have went to get food if I knew there was a huge wait. Dr. Vahedi did my son's knee surgery and he was absolutely the best! He was there to answer every question I had and his staff is amazing!
