I am not sure where any of these less than 4 star reviews came from. My fiance and I have lived here for 2 years and it has been fantastic. Every one of the staff member are so attentive. They replaced a dishwasher that broke THE SAME DAY. They are concerned about your safely and are always helpful. Appliances/apartment may not be fully renovated, but the place has been great overall. Heat works very well in the winter. I recommend for summer buying your own AC unit. Overall 10/10. Thanks Hamden Ridge
Over priced for what you get. AC was broken and it never went below 80° in the summer and ran constantly, bringing up my electric bill. Woman in the leasing office had a major attitude as well.
This was a nice place to live, until I found out that I was being sued for breaking a lease due to MILITARY DEPLOYMENT ORDERS. I even gave them copy, as they requested, and they still sued me. To make matters worse, I was bouncing around from place to place when I got back, and didn't get all my mail since my parents moved and put our mail on a p.o. box.
