Over priced for what you get. AC was broken and it never went below 80° in the summer and ran constantly, bringing up my electric bill. Woman in the leasing office had a major attitude as well.
This was a nice place to live, until I found out that I was being sued for breaking a lease due to MILITARY DEPLOYMENT ORDERS. I even gave them copy, as they requested, and they still sued me. To make matters worse, I was bouncing around from place to place when I got back, and didn't get all my mail since my parents moved and put our mail on a p.o. box.
I loved living in the Hamden Ridge apartments I regret moving, I was planning to buy a house as to why I moved to save money but I was wondering if there are any openings? I will love to move back if there is a unit available!
