Went there yesterday and tried their massage. Music was not relaxing or calming atmosphere. First thing is their sheet. It was Dirty and stained. I asked Massage therapist if it was replaced ? and she just replaced and did not say a word. Putting my face down in that hole was not cleaned at all. It smelled and dirty. you have only one piece of paper towel that was clean. This place definitely have sanitary issue. I am Massage therapist also but she definitely did not know what she was doing. Hamden Massage is hands down my favorite one. I've never had a bad service there.it doesn't matter what therapist you've used i've never had a bad massage there !
