I would rate this place a 2 out of 5. The only reason I’m giving it two stars is because the doctor is genuinely very kind and professional. However, the receptionist—specifically the blonde woman with blue eyes and who I believe is from Europe—is consistently with a terrible attitude. I’ve been coming here since the COVID era, and her attitude has not changed in all these years. It’s disappointing to see someone with such poor customer service representing the front desk.
