Since my longtime optometrist retired a couple of years ago, I’ve been searching for a replacement that would be as caring and reliable as he was. Don't buy anything from here. Customer service is horrible! Treat paying customers like trash. Very disappointed.
Courteous, professional, and personal. Not only are Dr. Conrod and the entire staff all of these things, but you talk directly to a pleasant person when you call there. No menus, no buttons to push, and no technical glitches that result in abruptly, prematurely ended calls. Dr. Conrod never makes you feel rushed. You get his full attention. And the entire staff is just first rate in every aspect of their service.
The staff has always been nice. The Optometrist is amazing.
Dr. Conrad and his staff are great. Totally satisfied with my eye exam and new pair of glasses. 🤗☺️
