I called with an issue that needed to be looked at on my truck. I was told to bring it down and someone would look at it in the morning. When I asked about a loaner vehicle I was told “no”. When I protested, I was told what they did have was someone who could give me a ride home. I begrudgingly agreed and immediately brought my truck down. The staff is very professional and informative.
