Dropped my 2024 Silverado EV off here for some serious repairs and the team over at Hamden Chevy could not have done a better job. Burim and co. are world class and I’m psyched to be back in my truck.
It’s the first dealership I’ve personally been to that does an oil change in under 2 hrs.
I made a specific appointment for 8 AM to have my car worked on early in the morning. It was not brought into the shop until afternoon then at 10 minutes after five you tell me I only have 20 minutes to come pick up my vehicle. This is terrible customer service. Not to mention that your price was 30% higher than my local garage would’ve charged me
