I liked the fact I was kept informed of what was inspected and what was needed. There was no pressure to fix other issues which I chose to do. Antonio, the service rep was polite, friendly and informative. Overall this was a pleasant experience.

Brought my cadillac escalade in for an engine light. Normally work on my own cars but was busy and just wanted to get it fixed or a diagnosis. They told me the ignition wire and coil in the cylinder were corroded and that’s why it was misfiring. I had just changed the wires and sparks back in march so it didn’t make sense. Wanted to charge me 800$ to change a wire and a coil.
