I have lived here for a few years. Jennifer and Julia were always pleasant and addressed any issues in a timely professional manner. Since she left, there have been two other managers, Enrique and now Robert. Enrique was very kind, understanding, and always reachable, whether it was by email or phone. However, this new manager, Robert, is concise and rude. Just moved in about 2 months ago and must say I love it here! So calm and peaceful all the time. Place is run very very well by Enrique the property manager for both dog wood and Hamden Centre. He is always available and always gets back to you if he is busy. I see him bouncing around both locations and always keeping up with the property’s very well even after hours I catch him working and getting things ready for new move Ins or taking care of little extra maintenance issues.
