I highly recommend avoiding TIM (the rude barber) and booking with the other barbers at this shop instead. The rest of the staff is friendly and reliable, but Tim’s behavior was entirely unacceptable. First Visit: On my first appointment, Tim was rude and had an aggressive attitude when I explained the haircut I wanted. Even though I specifically said that I only wanted a haircut, he started trimming my beard. When I told him that I didn’t want my beard trimmed, he reacted by asking, “Why don’t you want it?” He then charged me for the beard trim anyway. He also cut me and caused me to bleed while trimming my beard. The barber was constantly making phone calls while cutting my hair, and I don’t think he was paying enough attention. I would not recommend this place.
