We are two disabled vets in checotah. I am on oxygen following a heart attack, and I have to avoid fried foods. Our GE oven malfunctioned, so we called this Hamby outfit to fix it. Their repairmen don't finish the job Nor are they competent. This ripoff bunch doesn't DESERVE any "stars". When I called, the guy on the phone said the repairman was off because he was on vacation..now the excuse is that he cant get some car parts...TWO stories. Oven is still out. We purchased a new Maytag fridge in Oct 2022 from Lowe's so it is still under warranty. Called whirlpool to set up a service call to have it fixed with the contractor being Hamby. Was told that we would get a call to narrow down the time. Never got the call but I took off work and stayed home to make sure I wouldn't miss Hamby. Tried calling them around 3 and no answer.
