Have been there several times for parties and just to have fun. Love the atmosphere and the shows. Last might was the first time I can say that the only thing enjoyable was the show. Our server Austin was less than accomodating. He did not show any form of customer service. Our table and the one next to us sat for almost the entire show waiting on food and drinks, while the other table was served completely. When we did get our food it was cold and it was incorrect. We have been here several times and have always had great service. However this time the service was horrible, the food was cold and all 3 of our orders were wrong.... And the gratuity was automatically added..... Wow....
