Old style dinner food at a reasonable price. Our favorite place to go after closing the Winery on Saturday night.
Means more to me than just delicious cinnamon rolls, food. It means home. Moved to Colorado 33 years ago, right out of Hayes High School and Hamburger Inn is one of my very first stops every single time I come home. Yum! Please do not ever change the recipes. The hamburger bun, the fresh cut french fries, cinnamon rolls, etc. That would be a travesty.
Treated horribly by an incredibly rude thing named Rhonda after everyone's order was under cooked and/or wrong. Wouldn't even come over and address the situation after being asked by both the waitress and a cook multiple times to come talk to us. Left us sitting there waiting for 30 minutes to speak to her and then threatened to call the cops on us when I finally asked her to stop ignoring us and deal with the situation, or we were going to leave because we had waited long enough. I'm biased because one of my best friends works here, but seriously though, it's one of the best places to eat in Delaware. My daughter and I love coming here for her Thursdays off from kindergarten and she devours their french toast! Everyone who knows her knows she picks at her food, but not here!
We LOVE the rolls and the service is great. The other food is good too we just really love the rolls. Lol
I love the inn! Was there Friday night and had delicious food and the best service ever from Karen!
