Slow service, messed up orders, expensive for what you get.
Very nice and friendly service but the food is just pretty good at best.
Food is good but they are never open when they say they will be.
Today is Friday and we had a late lunch - around 1:30 pm. Went in and waited at the entrance. Stood there around 10+ minutes waiting to be seated. The co-managers/owners were sitting at the booth immediately to the right of the door and ignored us. Finally, he jumps up and says "it's open seating - sit anywhere." We looked around and 60% of the tables were dirty. We found a clean table. Waited for a menu and utensils. And waited and waited. I have been to this location a few times. Everyone there is an issue. In the beginning I was patient with the issues, but it appears that there is a lack of concern from the server all the way to owner/operation director. Today we ordered breakfast. We were the only guest in the restaurant and the server had to take our order twice after trying to memorize the order. Then the food came out.
