RecommendedMy Surgee had gotten extremely sick overnight (bloody stool & vomiting water he drank). Through the day he was getting worse - I called Hamburg Vet & told them what was going on (this was the 1st time I brought Surgee there since I adopted him last month). They asked when I could bring him & how far I am from them. I told them I could bring him now & 10 minutes away. They said ok bring him now. the staff is kind and amazing! I could not ask for a better group of vet techs and doctors for our little girl! shayla gets all excited when she sees we are pulling into the vet! now that should say something! thank you all so much for all you do! even the emergency call you were there thank you!!!!!
We can't say one negative about this veterinary clinic or the staff. They always went above and beyond for our beloved dog Creatos. He was in our lives for 15 wonderful years and the staff was always so kind, even though caring for him was not always the easiest - he didn't exactly relish trips to the vet! The end of a pet's life is so very difficult and they found ways to make it, if not less painful, at least less stressful. They truly love animals!
Thank you for being available during this Covid-19 pandemic. I appreciate your commitment and dedication to the care of your animal patients. Unfortunately I had to bring my cat in during this time and the staff at Hamburg Veterinary Clinic made this stress free and relatively easy while still maintaining social distancing and infection control. This place is the best!!!!!! The staff is phenomenal and Dr Jackie is awesome. They have taken care of us with the best care ever! I highly recommend to anyone looking for a loving and caring vet and staff 🥰
Kudos to the Vet techs running in and out during this COVID-19 (while protecting themselves and us) madness and poor weather to make sure our animals are seen by the vet. They are always so accommodating and the best!
