We purchased an Enviro Westport Gas stove and could not be happier. After looking at all of the stoves in the Hamburg area we find this stove to have the most realistic flames. We had specific needs for our installation and the owner Heath put forth the extra effort to make it happen. Any of our choices would have involved a wait but we are so glad that we now have a quality stove with a quality installation.
I will NEVER buy anything from here again. My husband and I purchased a beautiful pellet stove last year. The stove is working great. However, the customer service is the worst. I have been calling for months trying to resolve an issue (we paid for specific venting parts that we recommended/up sale and were given lesser quality, different style parts) that should have been taken care of last year. We have left dozens of messages to which none have been returned.
