Dr. Som is inconsiderate and uses “creative billing” practices. I show up for a physical and was told it was changed to an “establish dr./patient relationship.”I was charged a copay, and now his office is sending me a bill for an additional $10. Not only was I there for 1 1/2 hours waiting on him, I never even met him. The only reason they get 2 stars is because the rest of the staff was great!
I am so glad I moved my heath care to this office, Very friendly and kind staff. The Physician and nurses are knowledgeable and easy to communication with.
Absolutely horrible ! Was my previous Drs private practice. Was never notified once transition was complete. Only was told that they cancelled my scheduled appointment once I called to find out why my blood pressure meds weren’t being filled. Rescheduled and they tried to rob me out of 150 bucks. Insurance company said that it should be either free or 30 dollar co pay. Got attitude when I said something. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy here
Can’t get anyone to answer phone and no call backs.
