Som (can’t say Dr) told my Wife she was “not worth treating because there is more money in primary care than pain management”. Repeatedly asked in her appointment “what do we need to do to make you go away?” He THREATENED that if she went to a new PCP, he would stop her pain management, & if she got her Lorazapam script from another provider he would stop her PM.. Dr som and his team are a joke nobody calls you back my medication was due well over a week ago I can't get ahold of anyone I leave voice mail and texts so now I just filled a complaint with the attorney General i have very good insurance i pay a 10 dollar copay now they raised it to dollars im also getting a bill for over 400 dollars when I asked why they said they weren't sure but they will find out and get back to me that was over a month ago I still haven't gotten any answers
I had an outstanding experience with this primary care practice. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and efficient. The office is clean, well-organized, and runs on time, which I really appreciate. Dr. Som is inconsiderate and uses “creative billing” practices. I show up for a physical and was told it was changed to an “establish dr./patient relationship.”I was charged a copay, and now his office is sending me a bill for an additional $10. Not only was I there for 1 1/2 hours waiting on him, I never even met him. The only reason they get 2 stars is because the rest of the staff was great!
