I love Hamburg Inn food. The food today was excellent. The service was HORRIBLE! It took us 30 mins to get our food. The waitress never checked on us or made us aware of a kitchen issue that might have been slowing things down. She never checked on us for refills, we had to flag her down. Then she brought me the wrong pop. but I never got to tell her since she never came back to check on us until she brought our check. This place is charming Americana! Friendly, timely service and the next best thing to home cooking.
I was excited to try this as it came highly recommended, but my food was decent at best. Definitely not with the price or the fanfare. Disappointing.
