When my husband fell in the bathroom and instinctively grabbed the shower door bar, the door was pushed inward despite being designed to open outward. I called Hamburg Glass, and they sent TJ the very same day to assess and fix the issue. Their responsiveness was incredible. The treated glass door looks just as beautiful as it did when first installed. Thank you to everyone at Hamburg Glass!
Terrible customer service
Extremely disappointed! This is actually the first negative review I have ever had to leave, I’m taking the time to do so not because something doesn’t sometimes go wrong on a job but of how my husband and I (two professionals) were treated upon reporting to TJ that the installation of our new glass shower surround was absolutely substandard! This $3000 job has left us with a leaking shower that cannot be used, a chipped floor tile and silicone sealer that is so messy I cannot remove the smears and smudged stuff all over the... read more
