I had a Great therapy until they let her go didn't go so well with the next now I'm at square one again with a med that for heart they always tryed the psychic meds but never fell for it
They really do not have enough room to see the clients they take on. I believe going here actually destroyed my relationship sadly.
I cancelled my service a month ago, yet I kept getting scheduled. I would call and send emails informing them that I was not going to continue services with them, yet they kept me on schedule. The counselor they paired me with kept goofing up dates, and began scheduling me for online sessions, despite being very transparent from the start about wanting in-person sessions only. Very dismissive of me canceling my services with this office as my councilor had initially rescheduled during a snowstorm then suddenly left the company. Very disappointed with the office clerk when I called today not assuring me that wouldn’t happen again just kept saying “uh huh” to me. It didn’t feel like I was talking to someone who took there job seriously or cared about mental health in any capacity.
Fantastic staff, very caring. They've helped me through a lot in a very short time. Would recommend
