Close early. Leave doors open so water gets in. Do not return phone calls. Was there on Friday, left with half the bug residue on the windows. Went back today, Sunday 5/21 and it's still there. No drying was done and the passenger door was not fully closed...again. If there was a way to give no stars, I would. Maybe if the line guys paid less attention to their phones and more to what they're doing... You asked for an improved review, do a better job.

If you want your car cleaned and vacuumed avoid Hambletonian Auto Spa. The Car wash manager was rude when I complained about dirt still on the car and how they did not vacuum it even though I paid for it he said well it's not going to be perfect and sometimes the guys forget to vacuum. I was under the impression that when u pay for a service your suppose to get that service. I guess all Hambletonian is interested in is taking people's money and not giving them what they paid for.
