Worst customer experience of my life. Rode my DR650 here to have carb cleaned/tuned and after owner worked on it (which took a whole month) the bike would not even start. Then owner would not reimburse my money ($190!). I had to pay to tow it from Hamant's to Cadre Cycle and have them fix his mistakes. As a member of the motorcycle community in Cincinnati/NKY I have to say that they should not have your business and should be shut down. If you go here don't be surprised if your bike is in worse shape afterwards. I would file... read more

My son was pulled over in my car and I did not know he had a suspended license, Needless to say my car was impounded. It was towed to Hamants and I picked it up on Monday. They were very nice and the owner took care of my car. No damage, no extra fees. I was able to sigh with relief knowing my car was fine and they were reasonable.
