My partner and I came in to look for some new glasses and Kieran was fantastic and helped us browse and ultimately pointed us to the pair he decided on. When we went back to pick up his glasses after they were delivered Sheila helped make sure everything fit. Over all a fantastic experience. Would definitely go back :)
I work at a local factory and they have lost a long time customer. Refused service because I wanted to pay with cash. demanded my information. DOB, home address, Health card number. Why do they need anything besides my name and phone number. Just a update. I was able to get my new glasses without having to hand over information they don't need. Peral vision didn't even ask, they were just helpful.
Great service, staff treat you with respect actually care about your needs. Have awesome selection of frames i have never seen in Thunder Bay.
We had amazing service from Cassy. She helped us choose 2 pair of glasses. Cassy was able to help us navigate through the government funding. We will definitely be back. They have amazing frames and sunglasses.
Thank you to Josh and staff for the fast, friendly & efficient service for my bf!! He broke his glasses and was put into an new pair of high quality lenses within the week!! Not to mention the frames look absolutely fantastic 🥰
