My family has been choosing our glasses frames and getting our glasses made and fixed at Ham's for decades. New ownership under Josh has continued this excellence and improved on the experience. New frames, sourced from Europe, a clean layout of frame choices, and staff that took an incredible amount of time to help my daughter and I choose frames. Their patience, kindness and gentle opinions made our experience fun and pleasant. I love their expertise on lens choices as well. Highly recommend.
I had a problem with my glasses brought them in and they repaired them. Very happy with their kindness
I bought glasses 750 bucks. One of arms bent. I brought them in and was told they could try to fix it but could break them. Don’t buy they do not sell items they can’t repair I added 2 stars more because thy contacted me . Saying my glasses r under warranty. I’m going next week. I will update then
