I recently had a very expensive item that had a defect. Steve Houser and his folks took great care of me and "treated me like family". Decent service. The staff isn't necessarily the most knowledgeable, but they try. Since Gary (the previous manager) retired, they aren't too keen on price matching the competition. Despite that I think it's important to patronize local niche stores like this whenever possible. Convenient location for those of us in the West or Central Phoenix area. Ample parking - unlike the San Diego Location.

Excellent, beyond helpful staff. Always have a great inventory of candy (equipment) available for instant gratification of purchase 😊. Looks like a new change in store management bringing in a new fresh look. Love swinging into this location when I'm in town. K7TMR
Wow, things are really looking up at the Phoenix store!! More stock out front, radios on display so we can touch and try them, warm welcomes for all and SATURDAY DONUTS to go along with the free daily coffee. There are a few new faces on staff and together with the "old" staff, I look forward to seeing what the future brings for this store!
