Over the years, since 1994, I have made MANY equipment purchases at the Phoenix HRO, and have had several radio mods done. I've also had a habit of asking way to many questions when trying to sort through purchasing options :-) However, even though I've spoken to nearly, if not all staff there, I've yet to find one lacking in knowledge or willingness to patiently assist me. Great Service By A Great Bunch Of Hams! I am l Am like A kid in a Candy Store With Every Visit I Make to Them. Very Kind And Helpful Staff, And Very Good Prices. Had Everything I Need In one Location. Can Even Get Help In Getting My Extra Licence Via Them Due To My Terrible Eyesight and Artritius issues. I Love this Store and It's Staff. Would Strongly Recommend To any Serious Ham Radio Operator In The Phoenix Area. 😊
Brought in a DIAMOND K400C/NMO. The Silicone had given out and the Coax on the bottom of the NMO connector had popped off. Not sure how this happened as it was not on a stress point of my Jeep... HRO Phoenix and MIke were able to send the unit back to Diamond for repair and they covered the shipping too!!! I will always buy from HRO. Thanks HRO Phoenix Staff you Rock!! W6EHY
