Great service and knowledge. Highly recommended! – Bill at Ham Radio Outlet - Portland helped me out big-time with an older radio, when a couple of other shacks I called wouldn't do it. He told me he'd probably not be able to get back to me until later in the week, but called me back the same day and got my issue resolved. He even called back again to give me a tip.
