I liked how they were very quick to come out same day when we had a leak. We disliked how rude they were on the phone. Unprofessional and didn’t seem like they cared about their customers. I couldn’t hear them and they had a lot of attitude when I asked for them to repeat themselves, when I asked for their phone number (note: they had just called me back) they were rude and said we had just called them.
