Terrible customer service and never showed up to plow my driveway. Plan on canceling my service and would highly recommend another company.
I was disrespected by the crew today I live in the basement apartment and the man is riding a stand lawnmower next to my window on the ground level blowing in kerosene debris and grass for less than a inch of grass. No apologies and very disturbing comments against me. This isn't the first time that they did this. Never did he check the perimeter for a open window. he made threats to me and called me outta my name . the grass next to my window could of been trimmed with a weed wacker but instead hes riding the machine likes ... read more
Good company to work for with friendly and understanding management!
We use their services for our commercial services and have been very impressed with the level of service, communication, quality, timing, and more! We would highly recommend both their snow removal services and landscaping.
Actually, plow our driveway as contracted. Came home from vacation to find a foot of snow with no sign of HAM anywhere. Don't answer phones and you can't leave a voicemail.
I was recommended via a friend and only a month in I’m looking for a better company as this company only treats you as a number. I expect my landscaper to treat my yard as there own and that’s not the case with this company. Supervisor promised to come out and access what wasn’t done and like other reviews no show no call then I sent the owner an email and no response what so ever.
