I love my apartment ( home). The on-site manager is very good. The grounds are kept nicely. It is not a large complex so laundry is mostly accessible and not crowded. The manager keeps it very clean. I personally love the neighborhood. Close to downtown and in the heart of the beautiful, historical district.

Small business owner trying to get information on a property I'm interested in leasing. Called 3 times and left messages with no response. Too bad as I was really interested in the site. The property owner should know they are not doing their job.
Save your energy and time by not liking these properties. They’re so nice at first and then they are so unprofessional and rude the next day. They never remember anyone they’ve worked with and always say how stressed out they are and how many people they work with. Very unprofessional and will never work with them ever again. Good luck out there!
